Having lost weight over the past few years, a lady was discarding things from her wardrobe that no longer fit. Her seven-year-old niece was watching as she held up a huge pair of slacks. "Wow," the lady said, "I must have worn these when I was 183." Her niece looked puzzled, then asked, "How old are you now?"

Help with weight loss!
Can anyone share Atkins diet stories? In my second week and weight lose seems to have stopped?
Please!
Husband and I are following the diet religously, he's already lost about 1/2 his weight. I'm getting smaller the but the scales are stubborn. How can I lose half a dress size and not show any weight loss on the scales? Help, I need encouragement. I really need to stick to this diet and make it work or I'm afraid I'm in for big health risks.
